Cassiopeia's E on yasuo's windwall
I noticed that when yasuo blocks cassiopeia's twin fang, the cooldown on her E still gets reset to 0.5 second, is this suppose to happen?

With her rework, the E no longer needs to hit her target to get the reset
ACTIVE: Cassiopeia fires fangs at an enemy, dealing magic damage and applying a stacking debuff that amplifies further poison damage by 20%. Stacks twice for a maximum of 40% amplification. If her target is poisoned, Twin Fang's cooldown is reduced to 0.5 seconds.
