Singed flip is not working alot, it's not a guaranteed flip each time, I know that for some champs like gnar jumping and other champs jumping, it won't flip them over but when I try to flip zilean over, he doesn't go over. I've been in 4 games wiht singed now and have had the bug each game.
yes it is bugged, i've lost many ranked games due to it this week. Singed should be disabled till it is fixed, hes completely unplayable like this in any competitive game. It seems to happen more frequently when they are running from you, the fling will either fling them slightly ahead of you, on top of you or, to the side of you instead of behind you.
