no remake possible

might not be a bug, but it sure feels like one, or just one annoying thing.
i have got this happen two games in a row now and i am kinda scared playing rankeds while this is not announced fixed or changed. people get problems joining the game. the best part here is, they try to connect for the whole game the others are forced to play because he is trying to connect. thats what staff told me on twitter. So we are unable to /remake even though those players are not in the game. Now i have to play this 4v5 or sometimes 3v5 and waste my time for a definite lose. Now.. i wouldnt have a problem if i knew this game wouldnt give me any minus LP or what i am more worried about an actual derank just because of the /remake system not working how i would like it to work. if someone is not in the game, the ingame voice tells us "player disconnected" and this player is level 1 without any item or movement, i would like to /remake. like... thats why the command even exist ain't it?

anyone wants to assure me i wont get a derank if this happens the next several games?
