Got Flipped into the Wall, couldn't move and took turret shots -_-

Had a game on Twisted Treeline where I was playing as Cho'Gath, our team was bottom side at inhibitor turret. When attempting to flee from Volibear, Volibear flipped me backwards towards the turret and I proceeded to get stuck on the wall which was closer to the jungle, unable to move. I was low on health, still receiving turret shots and died too quickly to obtain a screenshot and I was not recording video. I am pretty positive that this was an in game glitch and I wanted to bring attention to it. Anyone else run into this issue?
