[CLIENT?] Honor flair missing on load screen

I have a problem where I have a character I know I've unlocked loading screen honor flair will not have my honor flair on the loading screen. Every other day my flair seems to disappear. One day, same character, I'll have it, and the next, I won't. For example, I play a lot of Soraka, and one day, I'll have my honor level flair on the load screen. Next day, log in, play a game, I won't. Is this intentional? am I missing something? I'm proud of my honor level and I'd like it to be displayed correctly.

I have a ranked border (silver) and champion mastery flags of varying mastery 5-7 (trying to be specific because hey, might be related?).

Edit: resolved, I guess. It's a feature, not a bug.

In order to get have an honor flair in the loading screen you have to be honor 3+ and have either gotten 1 honor from a non-premade or two total honors from pre-mades in the previous post game lobby. So yeah, they only last one game and you have to keep getting honors to have them.
