[GAMEPLAY] Fiora passive, visual bug

It has happened to me several times while playing fiora, that the passive shows 2 vitals at the same time, but when you hit them, only one of them is available to proc. My main account is in the server of LAN, and this issue has happened several times over the past couple months. It gets really annoying, as the playstyle of Fiora, really depends on positioning according to the vital available to proc in the enemy champion you are laning against.
