Stuck in Odyssey game mode

My account Cheerios on oceania, is stuck in the odyssey game mode. I entered a game right before it was set to reset in hope of doing one more game before it ended. However, I started with no gold, when we teleported into the first level, the screen went black and all you could see were our names. We keep surrendering but we simply cannot exit this game. I've tried relogging and quitting the game, and even though it says game over, it's still not exiting me. Please help ASAP.
