[GAMEPLAY] Frost Queen's Claim active don't hit

I was playing as support with the forst queen's claim: when i used the active on a very nearby enemy the shadows dont hit him. This enemy champion had very high movement speed that probably influenced the correct function of the item. I found this bug 2 times in about 5 days.
