When you make 50% discount on champon it is for RP only. But if i have 5000 IP and champion costs 6300 it will show that i can buy it for IP but i can't. I know my explaination wasn't good so maybe you will understand better from picture. Here is link for the photo. Look at amount of mine IP and look at Lucian and Quinn PS: Maybe you know about this maybe you don't. I just wanted to post it :)

check: http://status.leagueoflegends.com/#na they post big issues there Network Operations – Last Saturday at 9:53 AM We're aware of an issue where RP and IP are not shown correctly while on the Accounts tab in the store. We are working on the problem.
