I can't purchase RP

Since a few hours before the maintenance I have been unable to purchase RP. Now after the maintenance is done I am still experiencing the same issues. I have submitted a bug report about this as well but thought that I would share this here as well for visibility. The steps to reproduce on my end are easy. Open game, go into store(last night I was receiving error code 999 as well, today after maintenance not anymore), click on Purchase Rp and after that the window with purchase RP opens but it's empty. Nothing is loading there. I restarted my pc, went into the game again same thing happened, restarted client a couple of times, initiated a full repair on it as well and I'm getting the same results. Anyone experiencing this as well?
