Rhaast Audio Bug [GAMEPLAY]

I'm not sure if it is just me or not but when i change Kayn into Rhaast I get this weird whooshing sound (kind of sounds like Master Yi's ult sound when he is running) that is persistent throughout the rest of the match. It has happened to me atleast 3 times since 8.9 and it's only when I go red form not blue. Also the bug when you ulti someone as Kayn but they die before you can leave them and everything just goes mute still exists :(
