has anyone else had a bug while playing karthus that your ult goes on full cooldown without being casted, ive played a few games now just to test it out and it seems to be a recurring problem. (i played it more than one time incase i accidentally pressed R, and im not)

whats happening is when i die, my ult, without being cast goes on a full cooldown.

just wondering if anyone else is having this issue
