Weird last season rank bug

I was stuck between servers for like 2 days lol then the transfer finally went through and there is some type of glitch. According to the FAQ I keep season rewards and play one new placement game when i move servers. However when i arrived here it just gave me a ton of decay and gave me plat 5 for last season??? But the season already ended?? wat?? even though i played days before the season ended and got masters. I am so confused? I just moved duty stations in the army from mexico city to NA? What is going on LOL? It says plat 5 in the player profile, and on lolking for last season. Yet i still have a masters boarder?? LOL Kinda funny but also confusing. Please lemme know if i should just go back to LAN so i dont lose all of my hard work. Thanks~ cheers ANd if i was gunna get demoted to plat 5 upon arrival here. SHouldnt I atleast get to play my placement game? Why plat 5 lol?

Yeah cause i waited to receive season rewards. A couple days after i transferred the account. To make sure everything workout okay. I had already received rewards and everything I had a ticket open for 2 days, but im kinda getting sick of waiting. for Something i might need to move back and fix on my own before its too late. Thnx
