League of legends launcher bugs and in game problems

First bug I faced was that when I reached level 30 the screen shown I got a "glorious champion capsule" clicked "OK" than went into my loot to open and it wasn't there so I was like let me report this bug I click on the small icon "report a bug" and the button didn't work, than I clicked more and nothing happened. I leveled up one more level maybe I would get it than with the level up but I didn't and it's just frustrating. Than another bug happened in game and I lost because of it, so while playing randomly some error message occurred and shut my game off I couldn't turn my launcher on again I had to restart my laptop. Again I cant report bugs because the button isn't working. Can anyone help me?
