Victor can't use abilities

So I was playing league and I went to play victor. When I load in I go to use abilities and find that I have to click on the abilities to cast them. I restarted the game. Didn't work. I tried in another game today the day after the first game. Same thing happens. Then i get flamed by team. If this could get fixed it would be much appreciated.
