[Gameplay] Fiora passive not updating
Fiora passive doesnt update, the scaling is always at lvl 1 for level scaling and 0 for stat based scaling. Please fix this so i know how trully good full ad fiora is.

post a screenshot so they can see it, i know waht your talking about but it may not be as clear to someone who hasnt experienced it
