Jhin Ult Champions Jumping

I have an issue when i play Jhin Jhin and my ult is being cast. Champions will sometimes blink or move really jerky across the screen. I have a really high end computer, so I don't think it's my computer. I don't know if anyone else is getting this issue, so I thought I'd post here.

It's not because I have 20 ping and am on ethernet.
