Kindred claiming a third mark doesn't proc the four minute cool down.

Normal upon killing a champion and claiming a mark they go on a four minute cool down; but if two champions are already on the four minute cool down, claiming a third will not put the champion on cool down.

Sadly, I don't have any clips on me because plays.tv crapped out and corrupted all my clips. But it's quite easy to reproduce on it's on; it has quite a high success rate as well.
