Trapped into Clash lobby

After completing the first game of today's Beta Tournament we were again in queue (waiting for the other couple to finish their game) but we didn't get a second Scout Phase, we got into champion select without knowing who our opponent was. The bracket spreadsheet didn't update. After completing the second one, we were stuck in the lobby, unable to start another game or change team set-ups, with the queue still going as if we had a third game to play. Logging out and logging in again solved the lobby issue, making us able to create a new game, but we had to wait several minutes for the competitive tab to update to the second day. Even then, though, the bracket spreadsheet didn't update and the finals are put as Bye Granted, and the Capsule we received in the loot says "Earned for finishing 8th in a 8-Team Tournament Bracket". Was this intended for the Beta? Was there an error in every bracket?
