[gameplay] Sterak's activating on Wukongs Clone instead of Wukong

Ive been unable to reproduce it due to time constraint, however, recently in a game where I was wukong and had purchased this item, I decoy'd right before Steraks was to activate, ending with my clone receiving the buff and me with nothing. I assumed it was intentional and would just reactivate on me since it didn't seem the item went on full cooldown, but it did not. It may have been a trick of the eyes or something else of the sort, but I felt it was worth at least mentioning in case it was something serious.
