Custom matches not giving IP / XP

Custom matches are giving no IP / XP earned for this match error when all the reasons given have been satisfied.

the team was 5v5 all human and no leavers WELL over 7min with a 48:42 match ALL players were human it was NOT Co-Op vs AI so that 1 did not count
