Gameplay Quick Cast With Indicator Bug

Whenever I choose Azir or Zed or any champion with abilities like these, this happens. If I'm on Azir and i summon a soldier and it disappears, if i hold q the indicator will still appear where the soldier was. This also happens with Zed and his shadows as seen in the picture. It's very distracting during game play and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and repairing game to no avail.
