[CLIENT] Crash and Heimdinger loading screen when attempting to reopen LoL Client

This has happened to me several times. To the point that I am now in Low Priority queue and am extremely pissed off about it. The game with the new Hextech client is extremely glitchy. Sometimes is crashes and does not allow me to re-enter the game because it says that the client version has been rolled back and will update but does nothing except not allow me to log into the game and rejoin the match.
