FPS drop during teamfights

There is a game play issue regarding this FPS drop I keep getting. This only occurs during team fights. There is no latency problems, just FPS. I tried lowing my graphics quality from ultra to very low and nothing and I tried that one solution where it was claimed to be an audio problem interfering with the FPS, but still nothing. Never happened in past SR in Season 3.

Please help?
