[GAMEPLAY] Keys Not Working/Continual Lag Throughout the Whole Player Base ATM

I was wondering if I could get some advice on how to prevent any shortcut keys/spell casts from not working when I start a game. If it's Rito, then I'm not surprised. Second, I'm pretty sure the whole player base in NA is experiencing some sort of lag issues here and there, some more frequent than others. Now I know FOR SURE that it's not connection issues or programs running in the background, as I tend to have fairly good connection in general, and have had good connection in past games, although not so recently.

TL;DR The game is lagging for many people even w/ no problems and I ask for MORE INFO ON THAT, RIOT. Like please, at least communicate with us what you're doing that may be causing these problems. I literally don't even care if it takes a while to solve it, I'd like to know what's going on with the bugs/lag/etc. So, transparency is appreciated, much more than when/how an issue will be fixed.
