[GAMEPLAY] Sterak's Gage doesn't show correct values in the tooltips left of champion portrait.

While using Sterak's Gage, the tooltip on the left of the champion portrait shows the base values, as in before the Gage purchase.

Only when hovering over it does it show the correct values. Damage your champion deals is still correct.
