Varus tear stack

just played a game against a varus. noticed he bought a tear. in my head that was odd till i noticed it was stacking with each auto. Not sure if this is meant to be or not. dont think that each auto should count as a stack. he had 200 ad in 10 mins. kinda out of hand quick.
