forum bug?

i seem to be experiencing a bug related to the forums, in that if i want to quote someone, i hit the 'quote' marker at the bottom of their post, which seems to be working fine, however, if i merely want to reply to someone, and hit the 'reply' button, it seems to quote the post aswell

anyone else experiencing this?
