Hey guys! I'm having an issue with the game not registering my mouse clicks

Firstly, I play on 100-120ping(around there, my last client crash a month or two ago removed the ping on the hud somehow lol). Ever since yesterday periodically the game doesn't seem to accept input from my mouse clicks despite trying two different (wired and wireless)mouses and both usb ports on my laptop. Since I've played with high ping the entirety of my time playing league I know the difference between lag and whatever is currently happening. I can use my keys and chat just fine with little delay or interference. But this random 2-3 second intervals of it not taking input from my mouse clicks makes league unplayable for me(maybe I'll just pick up yuumi). It keeps making me int into people and puts me in horrible positioning. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, clean uninstalled with hextech repair tool turned my laptop and wifi off and on and nothing seems to be working. I have no issues on other games, I've tried both Runeterra and SWTOR and had no issues. It only happens in League games and TFT games. I'd appreciate any help ty for reading<3
