[Gameplay] Skin Issues

i do not know how this happened in the game it only happens on certain champions and skins as seen on dunkmaster darius skin Below sorry i cant give the how it happened steps but i do know this doesnt seem right for the settings im using which are also down below but either way it makes the champion/skin really low res even at good settings as mine are on High for character medium for the map low for effect none for shadows but at high character model the skin should look better then this it just confuses me on what this happens also sorry if the tag is wrong new to the new discussion board thing and also i have tried repairing client also only used window mode for screenshots normally am in fullscreen even repaired client nothing
