[GAMEPLAY] Amumu's ultimate bugged

Hi, Today I've played ARAM as amumu, at some stage of the game I've used Q to pull myself into an opponent and used ultimate, very soon after this I died but my blinking ultimate stayed on the floor. However the funniest part was I could use it second time straight away. Please see attached link to a screenshot.
