Last When i played Vladimir i got ulted from morgana and I hid with my W and I got this stun anyway

Only untargetable, not invulnerable.
Not a bug. You go into the pool, but you will still be damaged by leashes and DoTs. So Kled's Rope Trap on a Bear, LB's Snare thingie, and Morg's ult, will still damage you. Things like Ignite and Swain's E will also affect you.
leashes(karma w fid w morg ult) and dots (swain e liandrys andfizz shit) are unaffected by untargetability as they are already attached to you.
Tethers don't stop unless you get fare enough away from the person it's coming from.
