Negative IP balance after IP purchase

I had around 5,000+ or so IP and then bought Blitz (with IP). After logging off and logging back on, IP value was restored to the expected amount.

Prior actions were not un-ordinary: just finished a ranked game and then was looking at the store for a tanky support to purchase!
