Bug Bug and more Bug

There were several games I have experienced some bug in ranked especially the last promotion, originally I could win but the system or damn riot treated as a "defeat" and I need to restart to get rp.....

During the champion selection, the same problem existed as well, and I need to wait 5 minutes for "penalty", it is totally unfair to me
