Champion Select Bug

Sometimes when I try to join a game, I accept the queue and everything, but I get sent back to the lobby while everyone else is transported to champion select. It has gotten really tedious and would like a little bit of effort done to get rid of it for good. It has been happening for the past month and a half very rarely.
