New champ select: Friend list and spectate bugs

When spectating a friend who is less than three minutes into the game, you get a blank screen instead of seeing the selected champions on both teams.

The friends list does not display what champions your friends are playing. (I'm not 100% sure if this applies to both normal and ranked; my friends right now are in normal draft with the new champion select and I can't see what champions they selected on the friend list.)
