missing files

so after the last patch i have not been able to connect to a game. i have uninstalled\reinstalled multiple times and every time i check my files i have been missing the launcher files. have ran the full repair still no files have ran the hextech repair tool and still no files have tried all the recommendations on the support link still no files what can i do to fix this problem
