You earn millions from this game how hard is to pay someone to fix it!

This game is full of bugs I mean I never seen game with more bugs than this one. Its usually with champions, spells, minions, normal gameplay etc... but today new one show up....... When I go in ranked game and i pick my lanes I cant press find match...... I try everything from reset my PC to reinstall game, but nothing work and I have gameing PC so it's not hardware problem.... Next one is when I after long time get into selection of champions than after while it exit and its written "you left during selection of champions" and it wasn't even my turn. And next one is when it show me to Accept game I press Accept and circle is still going even in background it show select champion and than ban champion, but I cant do anything..... -.- so Riot get real and fix this already or pay someone to fix it for you!
