Ashe W sound bug

Me and 2 friends were playing normal game on summoner's rift and throughout the game, I could hear opponent team's Ashe's W animation as long as she was visible. whenever Ashe would use her w, as long as we had a vision on her, I could hear her w animation sound. Really scared me because I thought that Ashe was ganking mid EVERY. TIME. she used her w. did this bug happen to anyone else? sorry that I couldn't record the game.
