Hi there guys, I am an old LoL player and I just came back after taking a break for years(abouit 4-5 years). Once I cam back, I lost half of my champions and skins... Champions included Irelia, gragas, kassadin, mordekaiser, shyvana, diana, syndra. I was wondering if this happened to you guys too? I am honestly really upset right now because not even my RP were refunded.
Never heard of this issue before. My only two thoughts on it is that maybe you have two accounts and are confusing them with each other? That one seems unlikely to me though. Other than that, perhaps it's simply a glitch or bug interacting with your account. Try hitting up Riot support first before you get too upset. It might be a simple mistake with an easy fix.
