since one patch (can't tell) Riot Blitzcrank light effect on E is gone

i simply ask to fix this asap soo i can catch some criminal with light on

I reported this FIRST and BETTER it isn't just his lights; the SIREN is missing as well!

Why did he get 2 be on the Red Tracker page but your response to me Katey wasn't on the Red Tracker page?!

Also will this be fixed by next patch?

I have stopped playing blitz because of this bug and my league activity as a result has declined below tolerable levels! Now I am only playing to maintain my rank.
