Disenchant failed

Have a bug when trying to disenchant a champion shard in the loot menu, the shard doesn't disappear and I get the message: "Disenchant failed! Your Hextech unit sputters to a stop. You look inside; instead of delicious essence you find the same item you put in! Please try restarting your client. If you continue to see this message please try again later; there may be issues with the service." I tried restarting the client, and have waited a while now, but it still happens.

Edit: The shard is now disenchanted, but the same problem appears when crafting champs.

I have the same thing, I tried disenchanting a champion shard, got the error message and the champion shard was still there BUT I got the BE. I did restart my client and its the same thing champion shard still there but I got more BE.

Also have this bug. Problem for me: tried to upgrade an champ permanently, two times (yes i'm an idiot re-trying it =) ) and lost 2 x 3780 BE without getting the champ. But got several times 90 BE for trying to disenchant Ashe-Shard xD well ... [sg-janna]

Have the same thing.

Tried to disenchant 2 champion shards and got like 10K BE trying to do it. Finally one of the shards disappeared, but the other one is still there.

Pretty game-breaking to be honest because you can just keep disenchanting the shards forever and get infinite BE (well, before they took down the Loot tab).

I have had a similar problem except I my shards have disappeared and I got that same message, despite my shards now being disenchanted; I have received no blue essence.
