Game glitched in the loading screen, and despite playing the entire match, it counts me as afk

In a ranked gamed I just played, the loading screen had an issue where I was unable to connect right away. I was in voice chat with my duo, and he said, "Why are you sitting in base?" I then realized everyone on my screen was still sitting at 100%. He said it was 1 minute and 30 seconds into the game, so I closed the loading screen and hit reconnect in order to join the game. The first time I did it, it was successful, and I was in the game by 2 minutes. (I was playing Bard and I remember there were 5 chimes on the map) After closing it and hitting "reconnect" in the client, I rejoined the match and was able to successfully connect. I played through the entire 41-minute match, only to be met at the end with the message "You are ineligible to earn loot due to leaving or AFK behaviors." This isn't a reoccurring thing. I'm unsure what caused the loading problem, but the biggest issue for me is that I now am getting 0 lp for this placement match. I submitted a ticket to Riot support, but I'm unsure if I sent it in the right category. Is there any way I will get compensation for the game I played through? Or is there a way, at the least, that I could get a match removed from my placements so I can play another game to determine my initial rank? It just seems unfair for me to play through and positively support my team through the entire duration of a match only to be met with the equivalent of a loss and an afker.

Also I apologize, I'm unsure what part of the forum I should be posting this discussion/question on. The major loading screen problem was everyone was at 100% and it wouldn't connect me into the game.
