Glitched out display after match in match end screen

So Its been about 2 weeks since this problem came up I thought it woudl just go away but after about 3 updates and 1 computer change cause my other computer's power button broke still no fix even after reinstalling and repairing still nothing. Now this problem is that everytime I finish a match the display is messed up so all I see are the names of the people I played against and my teammates but when i click home I just see a black screen and have to restart lol everytime and another issue is that just last game I got disconnected about 9 times not even kidding constantly over and over and I have no idea why I restarted my router and still the same problem with about 64 ping so something tells me that riot is behind this and if they could fix this that would be great or if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me thanks :D
