[Gameplay] Champions can move whlie affected by Morgana's Dark binding when hit by other CC

When a Champion gets hit by Morgana's Dark Binding and additionaly by another move preventing crowd control effect the champion gets a small window to move - and even flash! - when the other cc ends, though Morgana's snare is still active.

I guess this works with any combination of move preventing CC, not only Morgana's snare, but i didn't test that.

Steps to reproduce

• Snare an opponent with Morgana's Q
• Knock the enemy up with jannas Q
• In the moment the target lands it has a small time frame to flash or move

Reproduction rate: Not sure, but i guess it happens quite often (possibly always).

In the first clip you can see Zed flashing after getting knocked up by Jana while still being snared. In the second one you can see Jax moving a small step after Lissandra's snare runs out.
