[Gameplay] Locked Shift

So I have all my character interactions as shift, a, s, d etc, and today I couldn't use any spells or open up the options menu. Then I hit a and my champ started dancing and that is when I realized that my shift was locked. I am on a mac so after hitting right shift, it stopped. It happened again a few games later, then it started happening to my friends and the right shift trick works on macs, till my PC friend got it. His right shift didn't work and he ended up not being able to use spells the rest of the game. Please fix or tell us whats going on.
