Black Screen at Champion Select

When accepting a match, the champ select screen is black and there is no way of interacting with it (also no sound). This issue has already caused me to dodge a ranked game because I've been unable to select a champion, and similarly this issue has happened to two friends I know already. This has happened to me a few times in Normals, too.

For what it's worth... the last time it was triggered, I was in the banning phase of a previous queue, which caused a glitch where it showed the spells of the last person I was banning (usually shows up over the chat window when looking at each champ's abilities). Usually the problem resolves itself once champ select starts, but a user then dodged from that game before the glitch resolved. The next match I accepted was when I got the black screen... maybe that might have something to do with it?
