Aatorx passive not working

Hi, was playing aatrox in the new aram map, went into a few enemies at level 4 because i was low and wanted to bait. insta died pretty much but passive didnt go off, 2 on the other side also said they didnt see my passive go off. Come out of spawn and it wasnt on cooldown. only time it happened during the game
