[GAMEPLAY] In-Game Chat Resetting Position (Flipped Minimap)

I play with the minimap on the left, and I like to have my chat by my minimap. However, at the start of every game, the chat position resets to the default position. I move my chat to the location in the first screenshot at the beginning of a game, but when I start the next game the position resets to the location in the second screenshot. This bug has happened in the past, but it was fixed by a patch and recently broke again (since patch 5.1 I believe).
