Jarvan IV

SO I like to play jarvan IV but whenever i play i like to use my warring kingdoms skin and his auto attack is bugged i go to swing he doesnt move he doesnt even swing his sword I do not know if it just on my part or if its everyone but im reporting this bug in hoped to see it fixed soon.
